HOW TO OVERCOME INSECURITY /TERRORISM IN A NATION

Terrorism is a global security phenomenal that pose as a threat to lives and properties of  a nation, in this our contemporary generation  especially in north east of Nigeria where  terrorism has it base of operation, over the decays with death toll  of over 1000 and millions persons displaced. The evil monster has escalated recently in Sub-Sahara Africa, with death toll of over 20,000 and millions of persons displaced.

SIMPLE TACTICS

The social welfare of our security operatives must be of a paramount priority to the government, because they secure the territorial integrity of a nation, a hungry solider can’t even secure himself talk of securing the whole nation, while meeting up to its social welfare they should be well equipped and trained on the new tactics of combating the monster.

Overcoming terrorism as a soft/hard issues, is not to be left in the hands of our security operatives to handle alone it’s a collective responsibility, before something happen there must be a cause for it to happen, before a tree dies the root must be uprooted and burnt to ashes before its been considered a death tree, same applies in combating  terrorism in every nation, the cause must be traced, the antidote must be available to cure it, not only providing the remedy, it must be affective, continuity and reviewable to carter for future shifts for policies of  the government and private organization.

The government and the private individual play a major role in curbing the monster call terrorism, as a collective stakeholder. 

Overcoming terrorism, the government must play its role perfectly well by creating jobs to compliment the labour market, and create the enabling environment were business we thrive thereby attracting private and foreign investor that will join the suit of job creation in the country, government policies must be a business conscious policy.

Commercial banks loan rate must be cut down to enable SME  small medium enterprise to thrive,   because majority of the populace get frighten of loan due to high rate of interest rate, therefore seeking after dubious means to sources for capital to start its business.

Our universities must be adequately equipped to produce job provider not job seeker.

The youth need to be engaged directly or indirectly proactively in government policies.

The government must run a youth inclusive government and policies that will enhance the regular interactive interface between the government and the youth. The youth must be given the chance to participate in decision making body to protect the interest of the youth.
